As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in connecting customer needs with tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with customers to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions
  • Identify budgets, timelines, and expectations, and share them with the team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with customer needs
  • Collaborate with account managers and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Prepare and present proposals for projects or services based on client requirements
  • Create documentation to support successful project implementation
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products meet customer specifications
  • Contribute to product design based on customer feedback
  • Provide technical support to customers post-purchase
What You Bring
  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and commercial activities
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and BOM structures
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage
  • Strong command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistency
  • Self-motivated and proactive personality
  • Willingness to travel when necessary
