A leading drone solutions provider located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Sales Personnel. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key client accounts for drone-based inspection solutions. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in relevant fields and 4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the drone or engineering sectors. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts are essential for success in this role.
The Senior Sales Personnel is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing key client accounts for drone-based inspection solutions. This role combines technical understanding of drone applications with strong commercial acumen, solution selling, and industry engagement. The Senior Sales Personnel will work closely with operations, engineering, and management teams to deliver high-quality proposals and customer experiences.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business across key sectors: utilities, oil & gas, telecom, construction, maritime, infrastructure, solar, and manufacturing.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct outbound prospecting, client engagements, and industry networking.
Serve as the primary contact for enterprise and strategic customers.
Understand customer requirements, propose tailored drone inspection solutions, and manage expectations.
Conduct presentations, demos, and site visits where required.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, Geospatial, or related fields (preferred).
Minimum 4–7 years in B2B sales, preferably in drones, inspection services, engineering, energy, or industrial solutions.
Knowledge of drone operations, thermal imaging, LiDAR, Ortho-mosaic mapping, or NDT is advantageous.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and inspection requirements.
Familiarity with local drone regulations (e.g., CAAM regulations).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
High resilience, strong customer focus, and ability to manage multiple accounts.
