Responsibilities

• Manage RoHS, REACH, POPs compliance for IC assembly materials.
• Review and approve supplier documentation for compliance.
• Maintain compliance documentation and BOM databases.
• Conduct supplier RoHS / HSPM audits and support customer audits.
• Maintain and improve the HSPM system.
• Lead containment and corrective actions for compliance issues.
• Handle customer compliance surveys and inquiries.

Job description

Manage RoHS, REACH, POPs, and customer-specific environmental compliance for IC assembly materials by ensuring all materials, chemicals, and components meet regulatory and customer substance restrictions throughout the product lifecycle.

Review and approve supplier documentation such as SDS, material declarations, and test reports to verify compliance and ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.

Maintain compliance documentation and BOM databases to support audit readiness, change control, and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Conduct supplier RoHS / HSPM audits and support customer audits related to hazardous substances, including preparation of evidence, gap analysis, and follow-up actions.

Maintain and continuously improve the HSPM system, and lead internal HSPM audits to ensure effective controls and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Lead containment, investigation, and corrective actions for any material or process non-compliance to prevent recurrence and ensure timely closure.

Handle customer compliance surveys and inquiries by providing accurate, timely technical responses and supporting documentation.
