• Establish and review risk profiles based on emerging trends.
• Drive and review Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management (CM) activities.
• Strategize the development of Governance policies and frameworks.
• Advise on Risk Assessment in Decision Making (RADM) for business proposals.
• Manage documentation processes and ensure compliance.
• Organize meetings for the Credit Control Committee.
