Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ experience in retail leasing, ideally with a property developer.
• Strong grasp of leasing strategies and space planning.
• Ability to manage tenancy lifecycle with minimal vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute leasing strategies to attract retail tenants.
• Source and close deals, negotiating lease terms effectively.
• Prepare lease documentation and liaise with legal for sign-off.
• Monitor renewals and occupancy to ensure operational efficiency.
• Build strong tenant relationships for satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive in rental rates.
• Coordinate tenant fit-outs and store openings.
