Senior Retail Executive (Mall Management)
Responsibilities
- To set mall branding strategy and objectives based on different types of Malls and sales contribution by stores. To also work with Marketing team for stronger coverage of OOH.
- Plan and work with Sales team, Business Partners and Mall Management to take over competitor prominent branding space.
- To work closely with channel sales leads and plan roadshow support to drive incremental sales.
- Plan & Tracking of Retail MDF budget to ensure optimal ROI (Return of Investment) maximization.
Execution
- Work with agency team to ensure the branding is up on time, especially during Flagship launches.
- To work with Legal on the renewal of yearly agreement. Estimated 10-15 agreement per year.
- To work with Sales Team & Business Partners to take over store front branding of Partner's stores.
- Create & execute Roadshow end to end journey to create best customer experience leading to closure of sales.
Tracking
- Mall Branding : Monthly Sell out tracking via MCS system after the branding is up. To review and negotiate with the Mall Management if sales & traffic keep decreasing.
Compliance check
- Submit visuals to Brand VI and GTM Grip 2.0 system for review & approval.
- Upload approved visual to AdLCP system.
- To submit the confirmed agreement in ECMS system for Management to review and approve.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Holder in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
