Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Convenience Retail (CR) business, ensuring alignment with downstream market dynamics and corporate strategies
  • Drive transformation in the Non‑Fuel Business (NFB), delivering enhanced customer experiences and competitive differentiation
  • Develop and execute strategic NFB plans that align with management initiatives and industry benchmarks
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Category Managers and CR personnel, fostering operational excellence
  • Implement best‑in‑class marketing programs, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate with local vendors and suppliers, ensuring optimal merchandising and promotional execution
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, goals, and objectives to maximize financial performance across CR operations
  • Ensure compliance and standardization of offerings, promotions, and backcourt operations in line with CR guidelines
  • Manage and develop NFB personnel, promoting cross‑functional alignment and capability building
  • Steward operational performance, including OPEX, trading terms, promotions, and overall NFB financial outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, category management, or convenience retailing. Candidates with FMCG background are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with proven strategic planning and team management capabilities
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive business transformation
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, merchandising practices, and financial stewardship
  • Experience managing external relationships and promoting organizational alignment
