Senior Retail Associate (Setia City Mall / I-City)

Commanding a large presence in Malaysia as well as in Singapore and with its continuous expansion plans, we are always on the lookout for highly motivated and driven individuals who are keen to join our ever-expanding family and be a part of a leading specialty retailer and brand builder. We currently have close to 50 stores in Malaysia and are continuously growing each year.

Responsibilities
  • To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.
  • To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.
  • To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
  • Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
  • Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.
  • Ensure the appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reports submission are delivered on time.
  • Responsible to support / attend any meeting / huddle in the absence of Store PIC / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager.
  • To be competent as On Job Training Instructor (OJTI).
  • Able to assist new team members in daily job and task as well as any related training matters.
Requirements
  • Passion for selling.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable to retail hours (shift work, weekends, and Public Holidays).
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language: English.
