• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Experience in solution and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for Retailer clients.
• Deliver clear and concise analyses and reports to clients.
• Conduct regular reviews with Client Service and Operations teams.
