Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years related experience in semiconductor reliability stress testing and board design preferred.
• Experience in reliability test methodology & concepts.
• Knowledge of interfaces like SPI, JTAG, I2C.

Responsibilities

• Develop stress and adaptor boards, including related hardware and software solutions.
• Verify and release hardware and software deliverables on time.
• Perform stress tests and share technical know-how with teams.
