Job summary

This role involves overseeing the reliability management of a large operation, implementing strategies, and leading maintenance functions across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have at least 10 years of experience in ASU maintenance. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ASU maintenance or process systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
• Exposure to safety systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance functions across disciplines for reliable operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop plans.
• Plan maintenance strategies and manage parts procurement.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager for maintenance shutdowns.
• Support a team of multi-disciplinary engineers.
