We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager to join our dynamic team at JAC Recruitment Malaysia. This is a full-time position located in KL Eco City Kuala Lumpur. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and delivering exceptional recruitment services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place top talent for our clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Conducting in-depth candidate research, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for our clients
• Providing expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborating with the wider team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas
• Continuously monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and driving business development initiatives
• Mentoring and training more junior members of the recruitment team

What we’re looking for

• For manager role, 8+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferably within an agency setting, with leadership skills.
• For Senior Recruitment Consultant, 3 years and above in any industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high‑calibre candidates
• Excellent client‑facing skills and the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies
• A self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and resilient individual with a passion for recruitment
