Manage end-to-end recruitment for various clients and industries.
Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
Monitor team KPIs and recruitment pipeline, driving productivity and service quality.
Identify business opportunities and contribute to overall growth strategies.
Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, processes and best practices.
Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, with strong placement and client management track record.
Prior team leadership experience or readiness to step up into a lead role.
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Highly organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities.
