Job description

Handle pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying and contract administration duties.

Responsible for taking off quantities/measurement, prepare costing and preparation of BQs together with Variation Order and Final Account.

Measure and value works, variations, and claims accurately.

Manage change control, variations, and final accounts.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate cost and contractual risks.

Prepare and submit progress claims to clients within specific time frame, payment collections, and final account settlements.

Attend to site valuation and measurement of work done on site and verify subcontractor's monthly claim.

Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and other parties involved in contractual issues.

Able to use softwares like Glodon or Cost x and has been worked in consultant firm before, will be added advantages.
