You'll be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed within budget, legally sound, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing?

Manage Project Costs: Prepare and oversee project budgets and cost estimates, ensuring projects remain within financial goals.

Contract and Procurement: Draft and manage contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and secure competitive pricing.

Financial Oversight: Conduct cost analysis, prepare financial reports, and manage claims and variations.

Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor junior staff and work closely with project managers and clients to deliver successful projects.
