Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team at Inari Technology Sdn Bhd in our Bayan Lepas, Penang location. As a full-time Senior Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the highest quality standards across our manufacturing operations. Lead and manage the Quality function for semiconductor assembly and test operations to ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory expectations while driving continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and zero-defect culture.

What you'll be doing

Lead and manage end-to-end Quality operations for semiconductor assembly and test manufacturing.

Own and drive the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards.

Act as the primary quality interface with customers, managing audits, complaints, SCARs, and 8D closures.

Drive manufacturing quality improvement through SPC, FMEA, RCA, yield enhancement, and defect reduction initiatives.

Oversee supplier quality performance, including audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Support NPI, new package introduction, and change management with quality risk assessment and control.

Manage reliability testing and failure analysis to meet customer and qualification requirements.

Lead, coach, and develop Quality teams while promoting a strong quality and zero-defect culture.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program teams to achieve business objectives.

Monitor and report key quality KPIs, including customer PPM, COPQ, audit results, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum 10–15 years of Quality experience in Semiconductor OSAT Manufacturing.

Proven track record of implementing effective quality control systems and driving continuous improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality data and metrics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality tools.

Strong exposure to Assembly & Test processes.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
