Qualifications

• More than eight years of experience managing teams of engineers and technicians.
• Experience in transceiver module testing with understanding of optical technologies.
• Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and understanding GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop plans for EFRT capability and capacity for transceiver products.
• Own QA product and process health indicators and analyze QA failures.
• Lead continual improvement activities and implement effective solutions.
