Job description

Communicate on all the quality and technical enquiry related to part quality, build-to-print, drawing and specifications compliance with customers. Handle customer audits & close all actions within due

Review customer drawing & specifications, interpret to create production Job traveller for NPI parts.

Work with team to develop Part Qualification Process (PQP) / POR & periodically review & update it.

Create and Manage the SPC data uploading into Customer portal & perform SPC plots for PQP/POR.

Provide Quality Assurance feedback to the manufacturing processes of products and assemblies, from customer DMRs, Field NCs, DOAs, escalations & quality issues from regular communications.

New Part / Project coordination and preparation of First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation & facilitate submission, along with the required quality reports to customers’ database & FPY tracking.

Facilitate and provide disposition on quarantine parts in Materials Review Board (MRB) as part of the team and conduct Non-Conformance Review (NCR) with the team. Monitor MRB aging and report.

Assist Management Representative to develop and update current Quality System procedures and work instruction to support and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Handle audits.

Experience in handling Statutory and Regulatory Compliance/ ISO 14001:2015 management system.

Perform visual and simple dimensional inspections using hand tools to expedite QC inspections.

MBD drawing knowledge convert to CMM / PMI inspection from customer drawing and associated technical specifications is an added advantage. Rework disposition process flow creation, create J/T.

Able to communicate well with customers through e-meetings to represent quality issues and problem solving with the cross functional teams using the QA tools and methods. Close within the due dates.

Good team player, willing to learn challenging tasks, able to work well with cross functional team to ensure customer requirements are well managed along with continuous improvement programs.

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics/ Manufacturing Engineering with Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant Semiconductor components Manufacturing industry is preferred.

Possess good analytical, verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Team player with strong communication and tasks co-ordination skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and work with sense of urgency and meet the tight deadlines of the customers.

Lead, facilitate and resolve quality issues pertaining to products manufactured by the company. Perform engineering evaluation of parts w.r.t customer drawings & associates specifications.

Able to read & interpret mechanical components fabrication drawing, use of problem-solving approaches, preferably 8D methodology for customer quality issues with a cross functional team efforts in identifying the actual root causes of issues, deriving and implementing containment, corrective & preventive actions

Possess knowledge and experience in QA tools and techniques such as Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T), 7QC tools, Control Plans, Process FCs, SPC, FMEA, GR&R, MSA, LAIR, FAIR, SHQ etc.

AutoCAD knowledge with simple step drawing creation is added advantage
