Overview

• Responsible for material planning and plan delivery according to forecast & production capacity
• Responsible for production planning & expediting incoming materials to support demand
• Inventory control and execute purchase activities as per order lead time to meet department KPI and achieve customer satisfaction
• Work closely with procurement on vendor performance & other related matters
• Manage ECN on material related changes
• Our company is scheduled to relocate to Senai Airport City in July 2026

Qualifications

• Minimum a recognized diploma or certificate in purchasing or material planning
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage
• Good analytical skill and Microsoft Excel functions literacy
• Honest and good collaboration with other cross-functional team
• Good communication skill set and team player
