A leading home appliance company based in Malaysia is seeking a Prototype Specialist to support product development through prototyping activities. The role requires extensive experience in machining and Additive Manufacturing. Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing engineering and over 8 years of relevant experience. Strong coordination, communication, and technical skills are essential, along with expertise in operating various AM machines.

Qualifications

• More than 8 years of experience in machining/prototyping or similar industries.
• Expert in performing Vacuum Casting method as Additive Manufacturing.
• Practical experience in AM technology and post-processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute prototype request tasks and assist the Product Development Team.
• Operate AM Machines and conventional milling machines.
• Inspect parts dimensions and geometry as per drawings.
