As the Executive/Senior Executive, Project Supervisor, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing project activities, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards across projects. This role reports directly to the Manager, Project Management.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior project supervisor to handle onsite projects in the Klang Valley area. You will be mainly responsible for monitoring and tracking project progress against the project schedule, ensuring that work proceeds as planned and minimizing delays.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth work on site.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor new and ongoing projects.
• Ensure all construction work adheres to established procedures and specifications, including overseeing the quality of workmanship, materials, and processes to meet required standards.
• Verify, measure, and obtain approval from the client for any changes or variations to the original construction plans before implementation.
• Assist in managing and coordinating day‑to‑day construction activities, problem‑solving on‑site issues, ensuring efficient workflow, and facilitating collaboration among the project team and subcontractors.
• Ensure necessary safety measures are in place, health regulations are followed, and environmental requirements are met by monitoring site conditions, conducting safety inspections, and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
