Job description

We are seeking an experience and driven Senior Project Manager - ID Fit-Out Work to join our talented team at Syarikat Lian Ping Enterprise Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of ID fit-out projects in Kuala Lumpur area etc.

Job Descriptions:

• To lead a project team
• To manage, monitor and supervise project at site
• Project planning, implementation and progress monitoring
• Responsible for the completion and delivery time of project.
• To monitor site work performance and to liaise with co-ordinate with sub-contractors / suppliers and client etc to ensure quality and completion of project to meet clients’ requirement and satisfaction.
• Ensure proper safe methods of working are adopted and implemented and comply the
• Safety & Health Guidelines of the site.
• To co-ordinate with main contractor, sub-contractors and check the progress of work.
• To attend to project meeting and all site issues.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design/ Architectural/ Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in ID fit out / renovation industry
• Demonstrated expertise in managing ID fit-out projects, from concept to completion
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
