Job summary

A leading apparel manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Project Manager for HR Tech/System (SuccessFactors). You will lead HRIS projects, oversee HR transformation implementations, and enhance user experience across HR systems. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in HRIS implementation, particularly with SAP HR modules and SuccessFactors. Responsibilities
  • Lead HRIS projects in collaboration with HR COEs to identify system requirements.
  • Drive and oversee the implementation of HR transformation projects, ensuring seamless development, implementation, and maintenance of all HR systems.
  • Facilitate HRIS integrations and data flow across systems, supporting UAT.
  • Collaborate with senior management to translate business needs into project plans, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct system testing, upgrades, and the implementation of new modules or features.
  • Proactively identify and address issues to enhance user experience and optimize HRIS integrations.
  • Identify communication and training needs and develop relevant materials for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRIS implementation, with experience in SAP HR modules; familiarity with SuccessFactors is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Exposure to HR digital transformation projects, consulting, or software implementations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Manager role.
