Senior Project Executive / Project Executive – Property Division

The Senior Project Executive / Project Executive is responsible for assisting in the full spectrum of property development activities—from design coordination to project implementation and handover. This role ensures that residential, commercial, and mixed‑use development projects are executed efficiently, within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards, while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Pre‑Development: Coordinate with consultants and planners during concept and design development. Prepare and monitor project implementation schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections. Support in obtaining all necessary planning, building, and authority approvals. Follow up with local authorities on land matters, planning approvals, and statutory submissions.
  • Project Execution & Coordination: Oversee day‑to‑day project implementation, ensuring compliance with design intent, specifications, and timelines. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Attend regular site, technical, and coordination meetings; monitor progress and report deviations. Ensure timely resolution of design, technical, and construction issues.
  • Cost & Contract Administration: Assist in tendering, evaluation, and appointment of consultants, contractors, and vendors. Monitor project expenditure, variations, and claims to ensure adherence to approved budgets. Work with the Quantity Surveying team on cost tracking, value engineering initiatives, and cost optimisation efforts.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all works comply with statutory requirements, building codes, and company quality standards. Conduct periodic inspections to verify quality of work and adherence to design. Coordinate with Safety Officers and contractors to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Stakeholder & Handover Management: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government agencies. Prepare weekly or monthly project progress updates for management review and reporting. Participate in project handover activities, including defect rectification, documentation, and customer service coordination.
  • Any other related job tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years (for Project Executive) or 5–8 years (for Senior Project Executive) of relevant experience in property development or construction (residential, commercial, or mixed‑use).
  • Strong understanding of the property development lifecycle, from design through to construction and handover.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations, authority submission processes, and construction standards.
  • Proficient in MS Project or (Primavera software), AutoCAD, Excel, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
