Job description

Work with project team and get involved in procurement, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, ACMV, Fire Fighting, Plumping system etc.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, procedures and requirements.
• Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractor and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities.
• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation orders.
• Update As-Built drawing and prepare handover documents.
• Prepare Request for Information (RFI) on changes of specification.
• Prepare technical presentation to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field will be an advantage.
