Job description

Proposing M&E designs according to recognized engineering standard and following Malaysian rules and regulations for commercial buildings, malls and residential towers.

Preparing engineering drawings as per customer's specification request.

Project management and subordinate coordination.

Planning, managing and scheduling project works.

Reviewing design optimization and providing technical support.

Liaising with suppliers, consultants and client authorities

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.

Preparing Operation and Manual (O&M).

Attend technical meeting with clients and consultant to resolve technical issues

Lead, guide and monitor junior engineers in the team

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad
• Engineers with at least 3 years of working experience in the construction field.
