Lead a fast-growing aluminium manufacturing team. Oversee day-to-day production of aluminium doors, windows, frames & custom systems. Manage cutting, CNC machining, punching, crimping, assembly & glazing teams. Ensure accurate workmanship based on fabrication drawings. Drive productivity, quality, and safety standards across the workshop.

What You Will Do

• Lead day-to-day production for aluminium doors, windows, frames & custom systems

• Supervise cutting, CNC machining, punching, crimping, assembly & glazing teams

• Ensure accurate workmanship based on fabrication drawings

• Drive productivity, quality, and safety standards across the workshop

• Plan daily targets and ensure smooth workflow to meet project deadlines

• Solve fabrication issues quickly (alignment, tolerances, hardware fitting)

• Maintain machines and enforce safe working practices

• Improve efficiency through 5S, lean manufacturing & continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years experience in aluminium fabrication or metalworks

• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, hardware, sealing & assembly

• Able to read shop drawings and use measuring tools confidently

• Experience leading 10–50 workshop staff

• Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Good leadership, communication & problem‑solving skills
