Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in rubber or polymer manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with rubber extrusion, compounding, mixing, and curing.
• Knowledge of rubber polymer types (EPDM, SBR, Natural Rubber).
• Familiarity with cable manufacturing processes and standards.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production and manage processes to meet quality and cost targets.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for performance and yield.
• Lead the production team and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
