Job Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with ophthalmologists, hospitals, and medical centers in your territory
  • Promote surgical vision products and grow sales to achieve targets
  • Support doctors before, during, and after procedures (including OT support when needed)
  • Plan and run product training, in‑service sessions, and demos for doctors and nurses
  • Support cataract system demos and work closely with application and technical teams
  • Grow the business by finding new customers and new opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and share insights with management
  • Manage consignment stock and ensure excellent customer service at all times
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Preferably 5 years and above of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience calling on hospitals, surgeons, or healthcare professionals
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Confident in negotiation, relationship building, and problem solving
  • Well‑organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Self‑driven, energetic, and motivated to achieve sales results
  • Customer‑focused mentality with a passion for healthcare
