What are you accountable for?

  • Accountable for revenues, market share and profit margins for the CPaaS service, which comes under the Voice and Unified Communications portfolio
  • Responsible for analyzing market conditions and champion requirements to set an industry leading offering
  • Manage insights on product performance, as well as analysis of relevant technology evolution, competition, market dynamics and major developments
  • Accountable for Product Lifecycle Management & GTM along with internal and external stakeholder management
  • Define product related Capex / Opex requirements for the business during the annual planning cycle
  • Accountable for defining the operational customer experience and multi-channel environment
  • To build & maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders involved in all business units including Technology (IT and Networks).

What you need to have for this role?

  • Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of VoIP, Messaging and WhatsApp integration and automation concepts, technologies, integration frameworks and market trends.
  • Technical background : Ability to comprehend technical specifications, APIs and integration frameworks.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure product success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to drive the product vision, influence cross-functional teams, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding business models, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Ability to align product decisions with business goals and drive product success.
  • Minimum 10 years as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS, with expertise in communication platforms or related fields such as Contact Centres, Hosted PBX, APIs, etc
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
