Job description

Are you driven, results-oriented and a team player?

With 18,000+ retailers and restaurants in over 15 countries, StoreHub is on a mission to enable everyone, big or small, to build successful businesses. At StoreHub, we're building a dream team whereby all of your colleagues are extraordinary at what they do and are highly effective collaborators. It is in such a team that you learn the most, perform your best work, improve the fastest, and have the most fun.

If this is a journey you’d like to embark on, keep reading!

In the Senior Product Manager role, you will play a critical part in shaping StoreHub’s transformation into a strategic, product‑led organisation. You’ll own a strategic product area end to end — from customer discovery, product strategy, execution, all the way to adoption and measurable business impact across mid‑market F&B and retail merchants.

This is a high‑ownership, strategic role ideal for someone who wants to move fast, build from scratch, and drive real business outcomes.

What you will do:
Drive Strategic Product Outcomes
  • Own the entire product strategy and roadmap for your product line.

  • Define and execute a 12–18 month product plan aligned to business priorities.

  • Set quarterly OKRs tied to acquisition, revenue growth, and churn reduction.

  • Build business cases, revenue forecasts, and ROI analyses for major initiatives.

Execute With Purpose & Build Great Products
  • Work with Engineering to build and launch high‑quality features.

  • Drive adoption, not just shipping - with complete post‑launch strategies.

  • Run experiments, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on data.

  • Coordinate go‑to‑market with Sales and Marketing to ensure merchant uptake.

  • Maintain product and delivery quality from design through execution.

Lead Customer Discovery & Insights
  • Conduct systematic discovery with mid‑market F&B and retail merchants.

  • Analyse churn and identify root causes to inform product decisions.

  • Build deep domain expertise and become the internal expert for your product area.

  • Translate customer problems into clear product requirements that drive adoption.

Support Product Leadership & Team Growth
  • Help define product management best practices and frameworks.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and CS.

  • Mentor and support junior PMs as we scale the product organisation.

  • Report on product outcomes and performance to leadership.

How you will need to be:
  • Highly data‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Structured, adaptable, and comfortable with fast‑paced execution.

  • Strategic thinker who can also dive deep into details.

  • Strong communicator who can influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

  • Customer‑focused with a builder mindset.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.

What you need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.

  • Proven track record driving measurable business outcomes (acquisition, revenue, retention).

  • Strong data skills - SQL, analytics tools, dashboards.

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and tools (e.g., JIRA).

  • Ability to build business cases, forecasts, and ROI models.

What makes working at StoreHub awesome (and refreshing!):
  • Our people - for real! StoreHubbers are some of the smartest and most interesting people you can work with. Expect to do a lot of peer‑learning.
  • Culture of Candour. We embrace directness, hate bureaucracy, and move fast. If you're tired of 'corporate nonsense' you'll feel right at home.
  • Cutting edge tools. If something can be automated, we'll make it happen. You will be introduced to many different tools we use that support everyday tasks, so that we can focus our minds on the kind of work that matters.
  • Impact not just effort. We recognize that results are not tied to the number of hours worked. There's no reward for long hours with poor results and no penalty for leaving on time if your work is excellent. To be great, most of us have to put in considerable effort, but we don't measure contribution by hard work or long hours.
CHANGE.
  • Communicate for Clarity
  • Humble and Hungry
  • Authentic but not an *sshole
  • Nimble and Quick
  • Growth Mindset
  • Efficiency and Excellence
We do have all the other cool perks too:
  • Apple Macbooks for everyone
  • Free Season Parking
  • Fully stocked fridge and pantry - Coffee, snacks, and more yums
  • Cutting edge tools. If something can be automated, we'll make it happen
  • Medical and Dental Outpatient Visits + Medical Insurance
  • Opportunities for career growth and continuous learning
