Job summary

You will define and improve process capabilities while applying lean manufacturing principles to tackle waste and optimize performance. The ideal candidate has a solid background in electronics engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with hands-on knowledge of specialized manufacturing equipment. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry and mass production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Wirebond and Die attach machines.
• Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish process capability and productivity model.
• Define PCP and improve critical process capability.
• Implement yield improvement projects using lean manufacturing.
