Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturer located in Kedah, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced individual to oversee project machine setups and enhance PCB assembly processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in data integration, PCB design, and SMT technology, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. In addition, familiarity with IPC standards and the ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous. This position offers an opportunity for significant impact within the manufacturing division.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least 15 years working experience in related field.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as IPC-610 and J-STD-001 is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up new project machine programs and documents.
• Analyze root cause & corrective actions on quality findings.
• Develop and enhance process capability to improve yield and quality.
• Provide training to Technicians and production staff.
• Design and improve the assembly process for PCBs.

Skills

Knowledge in data integration & configuration

Process failure analysis

Understanding of PCB design

Strong SMT process background

Ability to speak Mandarin

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Electronic/Mechanical
