Qualifications

• Strong background in manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Experience in engineering quality tools like QFD, FMEA, and SPC.
• Good command of MS Office and MS Project required.

Responsibilities

• Create process improvements and suggestions.
• Liaise with various departments for equipment integration.
• Perform hands-on assembly as needed.
• Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments.
• Define spare and wear parts.
• Identify weaknesses in processes with data support.
• Meet with management and suppliers for product ideas.
• Create design projects and project specifications.
• Test and document prototype products.
• Resolve product issues internally and externally.
• Act as internal project manager for assigned projects.
