Job summary

A precision manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced process engineer to enhance operational processes and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will need at least a diploma or degree along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities include process instruction composition, management, and continuous improvement efforts while supporting quality management systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to compose process wok instruction for operation / processes.
• Help further company culture of implementing innovative process and continually improving existing processes.
• Responsible to manage process by using engineering principles and techniques.
• Responsible for process improvement, such as shorter cycle time of process.
• Responsible to make sure processes are smoothly.
• To direct and co-ordinate the department’s efforts in the achievement of continuous improvement in the areas identified herein.
• Be creative and proactive contributor on the management team, focused on continuous improvement.
• To ensure continuous improvement that meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements and demands.
• Liaise with QA on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrences.
• Responsible for production of quality products at optimum cost in all manufacturing process.
• To support & maintain the quality & environmental management system.
• To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements
