The Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with Direct Sales and Alliance teams to provide technical and regulatory support throughout the sales cycle for Sovos' tax and compliance technology solutions, with a primary focus on Malaysia.
This role acts as a bridge between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support, combining technical expertise with an understanding of Malaysian indirect tax and e-Invoicing requirements. The Pre-Sales Engineer will support customers in designing compliant, scalable solutions aligned with local mandates and modern integration architectures.
