Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Executive to lead traffic growth, conversion optimisation, and performance analysis across both online platforms and physical retail stores. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on execution, and the ability to translate data insights into effective content and campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales across e-commerce and retail stores
  • Own and analyze key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and revenue contribution
  • Translate performance data into clear content direction, identifying what content formats, creatives, and messaging are required
  • Manage and optimize paid media channels including Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital platforms
  • Support omnichannel growth strategies, linking online campaigns with in-store traffic and promotions
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and campaign mechanics
  • Work closely with content, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment between performance goals and execution
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management and stakeholders
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and efficiency to ensure optimal ROI and sustainable growth

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related fields
  • Prefer 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance tracking tools
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with dashboards and analytics tools is an advantage
  • Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce is highly preferred
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
