Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across digital, social, email, search, and ABM.
Develop content ideas, copy / visual hooks, and brand narratives that convert.
Set up and launch campaigns independently using advanced platform features (tracking, segmentation, integrations).
Analyze metrics, apply CRO methods, and reallocate budgets based on performance.
Forecast spend, track KPIs, and report actionable insights.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing and media buying (Search, Social, ABM).
Minimum 1 year of marketing agency experience
Strong skills in content strategy, campaign setup, and testing ideation.
Proficiency with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and CRO tactics.
Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and social media best practices to enhance brand visibility.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt fast.
