Senior PCBA Commodity Manager

• Must have very strong sourcing experience
• Has been managing PCBA commodity.

Requirements

· Strong technical background with a BS or above combined with good business sense.

· Minimal 5 years of experience in PCBA commodity management/supply chain management

· Experience & knowledge of contract manufacturing management, especially for contract manufactures operation & process, including SMT and surround technology including glob top, underfill, flip chip, BGA reworking, testing, press fit, conform coating, etc.

· Extensive knowledge and experience in fiber optics industry and cost structure

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity sourcing strategy to ensure that suppliers are capable of meeting Company's current and future technical and business requirements
• Manage supplier base and lead, drive all supplier development activities aggressively and lead suppliers performance review (SBR).
• Maintain suppliers relationship and ensure materials COS (Continuity of Supply).
• Working with function team to drive continuous improvements at the supply base with respect to cost reductions, lead time reduction, VMI rate, favorable payment terms, etc
• Sets aggressive goals and drive teams to closure and success.
