Job description

The primary role is to support the site by delivering Improvement Projects to the agreed time, cost, and quality targets (coaching in Lean Six Sigma - DMAIC tools and techniques).

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Design equipment and manufacturing layouts to ensure efficient product flow.
  • Perform line balancing and optimize workstation assignments for productivity.
  • Analyze and map existing processes; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track improvement progress.
  • Organize and facilitate cross-functional project teams; ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and financial impact analyses for short- and long-term savings initiatives.
  • Deliver training and presentations on Operational Excellence tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate Kaizen events and certification programs for Green and Black Belts.
  • Align cost-reduction strategies with budgets and continuous improvement plans.
  • Optimize supply chain by eliminating non-value-added activities and reducing lead time.
  • Maintain and prioritize the project hopper to focus on high-value initiatives.
  • Prepare engineering documentation for validations and changes (ECOs, CERs, SCRs, CDPs).
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in emergency response plans.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
