The primary role is to support the site by delivering Improvement Projects to the agreed time, cost, and quality targets (coaching in Lean Six Sigma - DMAIC tools and techniques).
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Design equipment and manufacturing layouts to ensure efficient product flow.
- Perform line balancing and optimize workstation assignments for productivity.
- Analyze and map existing processes; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track improvement progress.
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional project teams; ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Conduct cost-benefit and financial impact analyses for short- and long-term savings initiatives.
- Deliver training and presentations on Operational Excellence tools and techniques.
- Coordinate Kaizen events and certification programs for Green and Black Belts.
- Align cost-reduction strategies with budgets and continuous improvement plans.
- Optimize supply chain by eliminating non-value-added activities and reducing lead time.
- Maintain and prioritize the project hopper to focus on high-value initiatives.
- Prepare engineering documentation for validations and changes (ECOs, CERs, SCRs, CDPs).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in emergency response plans.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience

- Degree in industrial Engineering
- Experience in Operational Excellence or Project Engineering
- Advanced written and verbal English
- Certifications in Green Belt & Black Belt
