Responsibilities
- Oversee Manufacturing and Logistics Operations: Provide overall supervision of the company’s manufacturing and logistics systems, including production planning, quality management, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain coordination to ensure operational efficiency and delivery capability.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies for manufacturing and logistics based on the company’s overall objectives, monitor execution, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Maintain close communication with departments such as Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and HR to ensure resource alignment, information flow, and smooth operational processes.
- KPI and Cost Control Oversight: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and logistics, monitor performance, drive cost optimisation, and improve operational efficiency.
- Quality and Safety Supervision: Ensure that product quality and logistics services meet internal standards and customer expectations.
- Team Management and Talent Development: Guide department heads, support team capability building and talent pipeline development to ensure sustainable organisational capacity.
- End-to-End Supply Chain Monitoring: Oversee the entire supply chain process from raw material inbound to product delivery, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely logistics operations.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify operational risks and bottlenecks, coordinate resources for timely response and improvements, and ensure supply chain continuity and stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior role; experience in server or hardware industry preferred.
- Proven management experience in large-scale manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership in managing production, logistics, and cross‑functional operations.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
