Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in general HR & Admin clerical and data entry functions.
  • Assist in leave management & payroll administration related matters.
  • Assist the superior for foreign worker work permit, and check out memo.
  • Assist the superior in company vehicle management including maintenance of the car, road tax & insurance renewal.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and improvement and equipment repair as and when necessary.
  • Maintain and keep track of office stationaries, staff uniforms & safety shoes.
  • Assist in recruitment related process.
  • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in handling accommodations arrangements for staff(s) if necessary.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc HR & Administrative tasks by superior when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to work independent and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good personal organizational / administrative skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
