Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of working experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of examination applications, approvals, and outcomes.
  • Record all payments related to CAAM examinations and prepare monthly reports.

Reporting To

Senior Executive, Examination Administrator

Position Summary

Ensuring all internal and external registrations for CAAM Examinations and Assessments are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with CAAM requirements. The position provides essential administrative support to the Examination Unit, covering scheduling, record management, payment tracking, and examination result maintenance to support smooth operations and regulatory readiness.

Key Accountability
Examination & Assessment Administration
  • Process all applications for CAAM Examinations, including scheduling, verification, and record maintenance.
  • Handle registration and scheduling for CAAM Assessments, ensuring timely processing and data accuracy.
Documentation & Records Management
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of examination and assessment applications, approvals, and outcomes in line with CAAM standards.
  • Ensure examination and assessment results are properly recorded, filed, and accessible for audit, review, and tracking purposes.
Payment Tracking & Reporting
  • Record all payments related to CAAM examinations and assessments.
  • Prepare and submit a monthly payment summary and reconciliation report to the Manager for monitoring purposes.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Examination Unit, including correspondence handling, coordination of examination schedules, and document preparation.
  • Support exam logistics such as venue readiness, candidate notifications, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
System & Platform Maintenance
  • Maintain and update the Admin & Examination SharePoint and MS Teams sites to ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Upload relevant exam materials, announcements, reports, and records for easy reference by internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Working Experience
  • Diploma- Business Administration, Aviation Management or any related
  • 0-2 years working experience
Areas of Experience

Knowledge on CAAM Regulation especially on CAAM Part-66 and Part-147 is an advantage
