Position Title
Senior Officer, Data Maintenance
Report to
Senior Manager, Maintenance Airline Engineering
Role Purpose
Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, documentation, correspondence, and technical data required for maintenance operations to support engineering decision making, efficient planning, and effective maintenance execution. Ensure all EDTO flights conducted are accurately recorded in the Flight Log Module (APN 1573) for Reliability reporting. Ensure all AUTOLAND operations are captured in the Flight Log Module (APN 1573) in compliance with CAAM reporting requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Activate Flight Logs for all EDTO (ETOPS) routed flights with EDTO ratings. (Flight Log – APN 1573)
- Capture landing approach data for flights that performed AUTOLAND and update the Flight Log Module. (APN 1573)
- Report any issues or discrepancies related to work orders or label bookings to BPCC for immediate follow‑up.
- Support Maintenance Operations Control by ensuring all data captured is accurate, current, and validated through regular system checks.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required to support in daily operations.
- Update technical data and prepare reports required by MCC Duty Manager.
- Maintain, update, and clean the Delay Database in AMOS (Delay Reason & Interruption Code) for Technical Services (Reliability Section), using the daily ORM report for monthly Technical and Non‑Technical Delay reporting.
- File and prepare reports for MRIEA, Concessions, Dispensations, and other authority-related documentation when raised.
- Capture and update relevant Aircraft Journey Log (Flight Log) data into AMOS and maintain data cleanliness through sampling and reporting to BPCC.
- Perform data entry for Maintenance Control KPI reporting and EVS.
- Perform additional technical and administrative reporting tasks to support the Senior Executive Engineer, and MCC Duty Manager.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by immediate or higher-level superiors.
Qualifications and Working Experience
- Possesses a recognized qualification in Engineering or a related discipline, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Engineering & Maintenance.

- Knowledgeable in both Part M and Part 145 requirements, with relevant experience in Maintenance Operations, Planning, or Engineering processes.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful, with strong communication, problem solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality where required.
- Flexible and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
- Has completed recognized engineering or technical-based training in any field.
