Senior Officer – Business Administration Support

Role Purpose
This role is accountable to lead IT operations and digital communication efforts at MHCC and the Crew Transit Lounge, ensuring seamless support for crew services, equipment maintenance, and content delivery. It involves proactive coordination with internal teams and vendors, oversight of digital assets, and frontline engagement with crew members. The Senior Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a tech‑enabled, compliant, and crew‑friendly environment.
Key Accountability
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with Property and Group IT to ensure all IT systems and facilities are functioning optimally.
- Act as the focal point for MHCC video displays, managing content updates and providing technical support in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of operational forms, A4 paper, and other supplies essential for crew operations.
- Provide frontline assistance at the MHCC information counter, directing crew members to appropriate departments, circulars, and company updates.
- Gather feedback from Business Units and compile monthly reports highlighting operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Plan and support staff engagement activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety standards. Support the achievement of safety performance targets.
- Execute any additional duties assigned by Head of Operations Planning & Support or Manager Business Administration & Support with full ownership.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Possess a Diploma in any discipline with 1 year of working experience, OR High School Certificate (STPM/SPM) with 3 years working experience.
- Knowledge on flight operations and procurement policy and procedures is an advantage.
- Must be meticulous to details and process driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrates familiarity with flight operations, crew logistics, and administrative reporting.
- Possesses basic knowledge of IT equipment and facility coordination with Property and Group IT teams.
- Communicates effectively in both verbal and written formats to guide crew and share updates.
- Capable of compiling operational feedback and preparing monthly reports for management.
- Skilled in managing video content and digital signage for internal communications.
- Pays close attention to detail to maintain accuracy in documentation and inventory.
- Takes initiative and completes tasks independently with minimal supervision.
