Position Title

Senior Officer, Airworthiness Coordination

Reporting To

QA Executive, Airworthiness Coordination

Role Purpose

Assisting Senior Executive / Executive Quality Assurance in administration related functions including department document control and aircraft document processing.

Key Accountability
  • Support Quality Assurance (QA) in managing and controlling documentation
  • Assist the Senior Executive / Executive QA in coordinating with internal departments and external authorities (e.g., CAAM, MCMC) for matters related to aircraft documentation and necessary payments
  • For initial and renewal C of A, compile and prepare all required submission documents and update aircraft logbooks with the new C of A validity and category upon issuance
  • Handle the processing including initial and renewal submission of required MAB aircraft documents, including C of R, C of A, Radio Licence and network‑related service licences, Ownership change, De‑registration, Export Certificate of Airworthiness.
Qualification & Working Experience
  • SPM with credit in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • 0–1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in aviation environment.
Personality Traits
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Basic proficiency in English and report writing skills
  • Effective interaction with all internal and external stakeholders
