Job description

Location: Melaka, Melaka, MY.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring staff are trained, competent, and motivated.
  • Oversee all aspects of surgical nursing, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care (for OT).
  • Oversee chemotherapy administration, patient care, and supportive oncology services (for Oncology).
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other medical staff to ensure efficient surgical workflow (for OT).
  • Collaborate with oncologists, medical staff, and management to optimize patient care pathways (for Oncology).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices.

  • Manage nursing schedules, resources, and departmental budget.
  • Participate in patient education, counselling, and awareness programs.
Job Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Malaysian Nursing Council license.
