Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical degree.
• 5+ years of networking experience including design, analysis, or management.
• 5+ years of experience in network security and IT security management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for network security requests and incidents.
• Manage configuration and administration of network security solutions.
• Identify and respond to network threats across security solutions.
• Provide comprehensive network security policy based on best practices.
• Manage vendors for technology refresh and network security support.
• Ensure deliverable tasks are completed as part of the operation process.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Netowrk Seucity product Web Application Firewall, Endpoint Detection and Response, Network IPS, Network APT, NAC.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for any network security request/incident/hands-on/enhancement.
• Responsible for the provisioning, configuration, and administration of any network security solution.
• To identify, protect, detect, respond to, and recover from any network threat detected across the network security solution.
• Provide a comprehensive network security policy based on best practices and on demand to ensure security and protection.
• Managing vendors for any tech refresh, exploring features, and supporting any network security solution.
• Involving the operation process to ensure all deliverable tasks are completed.
• Comprehensive report and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and minimum of 5 years of networking related experience such as network design, analysis or network management and minimum of 5 years of experience in network security including design, analysis and IT security network management.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
