Project Details:

• The organization has three main teams: Front Office, Trading Platform, and Core Back End.
• This role is an additional headcount for the Front Office team, focusing on modernizing the Online Account Opening Module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refactor legacy applications, address technical debt, and apply modern design principles.
• Analyze business objectives, prepare action plans, and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in strategic planning, decision-making, and demonstrate leadership experience (including leading a small team).
• Take on some leadership responsibilities under the guidance of the Development Lead.
• Report directly to the Development Lead from the Front Office team based in Singapore.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET Core.
• Experience with AWS.

Nice to Have / Bonus Skills:

• Experience working in a financial institution.
• Exposure to tech refresh or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of microservices.
• Experience with API integrations.
