Responsibilities

• Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank.
• Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum of performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers.
• Actively attend developer launches, road shows, property exhibitions, etc. when required.
• Actively promote mortgage products.
• Cross-sell other banking products when required.
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency at all times.
• Ensure the bank’s interest is protected at all times.
• Comply with the bank’s policies, guidelines, and regulations at all times.
• Participate and display teamwork in all aspects of work, projects, assignments, and Group Management programmes.
